The core temperature of semi-solid materials like meat, cheese, and jellies, for instance, can be measured using the testo 105 digital food thermometer. Food that is not frozen or food in liquid form can simply be inserted with the probe sensor that is part of the scope of supply. To make sure temperatures are within set limits, a probe option is also available to measure the internal temperature of frozen goods.
The basic 200 mm probe and the optional 200 mm probe are both very useful and well suited for determining the temperature of meals that are in liquid form.
